Professional Experience

The Managing of academic and administrative university departments for nearly 12 years has been to achieve successful outcomes of international networking and project management. I have been able to attract partners, funds and gathered teams from all sorts of backgrounds, professional fields and nationalities.

As Coordinator of Graduate programs at University of Anahuac, I made sure that programs became financially sound and sustainable. To achieve this goal, I networked with international faculty teams, managed academic projects and delivered improved programs to students. While working at the President Office, I developed academic projects from scratch to completion, performing tasks such as fund raising, proposal writing and international partner searches.

In these and other positions, I developed successful communication strategies for a variety of constituents, donors, student groups and alumni. I also developed marketing and social media strategies, corporate image campaigns and managed a 2.5 million dollar budget to advertise academic programs. In these roles, I worked extensively with Latin American, US, Canadian and European academic and research institutions. This work helped me achieve an international perspective and multicultural understanding.

While gaining technical skills and institutional know-how over the past 12 years, I have found that people have brought me on to projects for my creativity, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and my ability to implement a vision. Following you will find some of my professional experience as I also developed my own real estate firm in Mexico and I have some experience within the retail sector.
